We know that getting organized is complicated enough,
so we have made the process OH-SO-easy.
Consultation Call
We start with a brief call to discuss the areas giving you trouble and your goals for the space. Providing pictures ahead of time is helpful and will give a point of reference when we chat. If measurements or more details are needed, we set a time for us to get a closer look.
Proposal + Planning
Your custom proposal and client agreement will be emailed for your review, approval & payment. Suggestions for the best package will be included. Once paperwork is complete, your project dates are scheduled and the team gets to work preparing for your big day!
Execution
On project day, we arrive with smiles on our faces, the products we need, and our can-do attitude. Your organizers then work hard to declutter, categorize, contain, and label to create the space of your dreams. Let the Magic Begin!

The OE Declutter + Organize Process
DECLUTTERING
Our process starts with sorting your items in a way that makes it easy for you to decide which items to keep, donate, or recycle. Coaching and encouraging along the way.
ORGANIZING
Understanding how you use your space and your things, we carefully organize in a way that will make sense to you. Creating a system that will be easy to maintain long after project completion.
LABELING
It’s true - labeling might be the most important part. That's why we custom label your containers so there is no question where things are and where things belong.
DONATIONS
One car load of donated Items will be taken to the nearest donation center at the end of the day. For larger amounts, a donation pickup will be scheduled for you.
THE REVEAL
At the end of the day, we do a final walkthrough of your spaces, which are now tidy and beautiful. We gather all the donations, and leave you with NEW spaces to enjoy.

We begin with a complimentary phone consultation and walkthrough of your home, in-person or virtually. During this time you show us your space and tell us how we can help.
SPACE PLANNING + ORGANIZING
We send over a proposal and client agreement. If all looks good, we take care of signatures and payment. Your project dates are scheduled and the team gets to work prepping for the big day!

DONATION MANAGEMENT
At the end of the day, we do a final walkthrough of your spaces, which are now tidy and beautiful. We gather all the donations, take them to a charity of your choice, and leave you with
"new" rooms to enjoy.

Rates
Hourly rate: $80. 4-hour minimum.
Package Pricing Range: $70 - $75.
Hours worked are per-organizer | An estimate of hours needed will be given after our initial consultation
